At Frannie & Mary we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We stand by the quality of our products. For this reason, returns will be handled in a case-by-case basis through email. Please Contact Us with any concerns or questions within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please Contact Us with any reported damages or defects within 3 days of receiving merchandise. We are happy to assist you and work with you!

All sale items are not non-returnable/refundable.

All other return inquiries will be handled by a case-by-case basis.

We are very thorough when packaging orders to make sure your order is in perfect condition.

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise.

In the case of a return, items must be returned in their original condition/packaging including tags, labels, boxes, bags, and containers.

Once Frannie & Mary has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund or store credit decision is made. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.
